Alcudia (C1) In the summer season lots of tourists at one of the longest beach of the island.
Alfabia (B2) Nice gardens and a cool breeze in summer.
Algaida (C3) Many typical restaurants (at the road to Manacor).
Andraitx (A3) Here lives Claudia Schiffer, Michael Schumacher and many other VIPs.

Banyalbufar (A2) A vineyard high over the blue sea. Photo
Binissalem (B2) Beautiful historic marketplace. Visit the islands only wax-museum. Good wine area. Photos of the village and the church (15th century)

Ca'n Picafort (C2) Dream beaches!
Cala Bona (D2) Quiet little village near Cala Millor.
Cala D'Or (D4) Nice yacht harbour with some good restaurants. Good for holidays (only) in summer. Photo
Cala Figuera (D4) A Nice and romantic spot with a small harbour. (Photo)
Cap de Formentor (C1) The beautiful north cap of the island. Great view! (photo 1). (photo 2).
Cala Gamba (B3) Surburb of Palma with some good seafood restaurants...
Cala Mayor (B3) Pure tourism!
Cala Millor (D3) Very crowded and noisy. (see photo) But pretty good for kids.
Cala Pi (B4) Beautiful beach with pine trees.
Cala Ratjada (D2) Family atmosphere. In summer lots of young people and families. Here is a photo of the romantic town.
Cala San Vicente (C1) Not as intimitate as in the past.
Cala Santanyi (D4) Crowded in summer - dead in winter.
Calvia (A3) The richest community on the island.
Campos (C3/C4) Country atmosphere. Good stop for a 'Café con leche'.
Can Pastilla (B3) Tons of tourists in summer.
Coll den Rabassa (B3) Suburb of Palma. Not many tourists and not much to see.
Colonia Sant Jordi (C4) Sleepy coastal village with best beach in Mallorca: 'Es Trenc'.
Consell (B2) Village between Palma and Inca. No tourism (except on sundays - biggest Bootsale and Fleemarket in Mallorca!). Good wine area.

Dejá (B2) Artist village (Photo) not only for artists - even better: Cala Dejá with its terrific bay. Cala Dejá (Photo)
Dragonera (A3) Little rocky island with steep coast, little bays and anchor places.

Esporlas (B2) Little mountain village, typical mallorquin, good walkways and some country restaurants.
Estellenç (B2) Village at the steep coast, dreamlike nature, small bay and good seafood restaurants.

Fornalutx (B2) Village of the year! A must on your island roundtrip.
Formentor (C1) The north cap of the island (photo). 300m steep coast, nice view.

Galilea (A3) Hint: A very pitoresque village.

Inca (C2) Biggest market in Mallorca (thursday). Good old original pubs here ('Celleres'). Inca is famous for its many leather factories and shops.

La Calobra (B2) After driving the adventoures route downhill take a bath at Torrent de Parais. Here's a photo of the curvy road.
La Rapita (C4) Here is the most beautiful beach of Mallorca: 'Es Trenc'.
Llubi (C2) Very interesting market (tuesday).
Llucmayor (C3) Typical majorcan town. Small narrow streets, pitoresque market. Worth to see on your island round trip.

Magaluf (B3) Bacon & eggs for breakfast! Lots of english tourists here. Biggest disco on the island: BCM - worth to see.
Manacor (D3) Center of the souvenir manufacturers. Visit the pearl factory 'Orchidea'! Many furniture manufacturers and shops
Maria (C2) Very typical original village.
Montuiri (C3) Not much tourism. Typical majorcan village, country life - but worth to see. Some good restaurants.

Orient (B2) The time didn't change here...

Paguera (A3) In summer overloaded with mostly german tourists: 'man spricht deutsch'...

Playa de Palma (B3) Thousands of (mostly) german tourists. Have you ever heard of 'Ballermann 6'? Ask any German - he will tell you...
Pollenca (C1) Culture capitol of Mallorca
Porreres (C3) Very typical village. In the museum 2 original paintings from Salvatore Dali.
Portals Nous (B3) Yachts, big money and VIPs... Most exclusive harbour of Mallorca.
Portals Vells (B3) Quiet nice little village.
Porto Colom (D3) Former fishing village - perfect to relax.
Porto Cristo (D4) Visit the dragons cave! Really worth to see.
Porto Petro (D4) A romantic spot on the island, not crowded and ideal for dreaming and relaxing. Nice harbour. Good cuisine.
Puerto Pollenca (C1) Outstanding fishrestaurant at the harbour!
Puerto Soller (B2) The "little San Francisco Bay" of Mallorca - excellent view, nice harbour (photo 1), another shot of the bay (photo 2)

Randa (C3) Three monasteries and a marvellous view. Many paragliders start from here.

Sa Pobla (C2) Not much to see around here...
Santa Margalida (C2) ...same
Santa Maria (B2) A good stay is the Hotel "Read's" - a typical mallorquin mansion with all comfort.
Sencelles (C2) Geographical center of the island. Typical village life.
Sineu (C2) Big cattle market on wednesday. Here's a photo of a nice mallorquin restaurant in a windmill in Sineu.
